Breakfast Tacos

A healthy and filling breakfast that will please even the pickiest eaters! Breakfast Tacos featuring our 100 Calorie Chicken Sausage Links are full of veggies and protein and are easy personalized with different toppings and sauces.


  • 1 package 100 Calorie Italian Chicken Sausage 12 oz.
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 red bell pepper, chopped
  • 12 s eggs
  • 1 white onion, chopped
  • 1 cup milk
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 package soft shell tortillas
  • 1 each salsa, hot sauce & sour cream


In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Cook sausage links, peppers, and onion. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt and pepper until combined. Heat a large non-stick frying pan over medium heat and add the eggs and scramble until cooked through.

Warm tortillas and layer eggs, sausage, and cheese. Top with salsa, hot sauce or sour cream.
