Ingredients
Directions Heat skillet over medium heat. Add sausage and diced onion, cook for 4-5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Add potatoes and peppers to skillet. In a medium bowl, mix together eggs, milk, garlic powder, salt and pepper. Pour egg mixture over potato mixture in skillet. Cover with lid, lower heat to medium-low and let cook for 10 minutes. (Do not stir) Remove lid and continue to cook for 5-6 minutes, or until egg mixture is set. Remove skillet from heat and sprinkle with cheese. Let stand until cheese is melted. |
