Ring Bologna Grilled Kabobs

Thick cuts of our delicious Ring Bologna and colorful veggies on a skewer are an easy option for your next summer BBQ or neighborhood get together!


  • 1 package Original Ring Bologna 14 oz.
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper
  • 1 Orange Bell Pepper
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper
  • 1 pound Yellow Potatoes
  • 1 Red Onion
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce or Marinade


Preheat grill to medium heat.

Slice Ring Bologna (remove casing) and chop vegetables in 1/2 in pieces.

Stack Ring Bologna and vegetables on soaked skewer.

Brush skewer lightly with BBQ sauce or marinade.

Repeat with remaining skewers.

Grill for 12-18 minutes with lid closed, flipping half way.
