Asian Noodles and Sausage

This quick and easy dinner will have your family asking for more! It combines stir fry veggies, noodles, and chicken brats with a simple homemade Asian sauce that will wow.


  • 1 package 100 Calorie Chicken Brat 12 oz.
  • 1 package uncooked ramen noodles
  • 16 ounces frozen stir-fry vegetable blend
  • 1 tbsp water
  • 2 tbsps apricot jam
  • 2 tbsps stir fry sauce
  • 1 tsp sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp sesame seeds, toasted


Cook noodles according to directions on package (discard seasoning packet) and drain. In a large skillet, brown the brat slices, then add frozen vegetables and water.

Cover and cook over medium high heat until hot (6-8 minutes). Combine jam, stir fry sauce and sesame oil; add to vegetable mixture. Stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. Serve over noodles and sprinkle with toasted sesame seeds.
