Summer Sausage Caprese Salad

An Italian favorite with a twist! This salad has an explosion of flavor in every bite. It combines all the traditional ingredients with the inventive addition of Cher-Make Summer Sausage. Try it at your next party and your guests will rave.

Ingredients

• 1 Original Summer 12 & 20 oz.
• 1 pint cherry tomatoes
• 8 ounces fresh mozzarella cheese balls, small size
• 1 cup basil or parsley, chopped
• 1 cup balsamic vinaigrette

Directions

In a bowl, combine the summer sausage, tomatoes, cheese and basil (or parsley). Add the vinaigrette, toss to coat and refrigerate until serving.
